With more than 36 years of experience in the tooling industry across North America and Europe, our President brings extensive hands-on expertise in the design, development, and launch of precision tooling solutions. His background includes building new dies and troubleshooting in both press and bench environments, with specialized experience in progressive, transfer, and tandem dies.

His technical expertise encompasses die design, strip layout development, forming simulations, Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), feasibility studies, and gripper assembly design. He also possesses comprehensive knowledge of the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), ensuring the successful transition of new tooling into full-scale production, including transfer system integration.

In addition, he has over 11 years of hands-on experience managing and supporting tool builds in China, overseeing every stage of the process—from feasibility analysis and strip layout development through die construction, tryout, and final run-off. His active involvement at each project milestone ensures quality, efficiency, and successful program launches.

Director of Operations :

With more than 20 years of experience in the tooling industry and over a decade of leadership in manufacturing and plant operations, our Director of Operations brings extensive expertise in project management, customer relations, and global tooling execution.

A native Mandarin speaker with TEM-4 and TEM-8 English certifications, she provides exceptional bilingual communication that strengthens sales, engineering, and project management across international teams. Her experience spans the complete tooling lifecycle—from Request for Quotation (RFQ) through engineering, manufacturing, tool tryout, final runoff, and shipment—while ensuring compliance with North American and European tooling standards.

Having worked with three U.S. tool shops and two leading Chinese tool manufacturers, she offers a unique understanding of both customer expectations and supplier capabilities. Her expertise in coordinating die design reviews, facilitating technical communication through expert translation, and managing cross-cultural engineering teams helps ensure projects remain on schedule and meet customer requirements.

She is actively involved throughout every project milestone, overseeing tooling progress, coordinating tryouts and runoffs, and ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery from concept to production launch.

Director of Sales :

With more than 18 years of experience in the tooling industry, our Director of Sales combines extensive industry knowledge with strong leadership and business development expertise. As a native Mandarin speaker with English language certifications, she facilitates effective communication between customers, suppliers, and international teams.

She is responsible for driving daily sales operations while developing and executing strategic initiatives that support sustainable growth, profitability, and long-term business success. Her expertise includes sales strategy development, market expansion, customer relationship management, forecasting, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Having successfully led and managed a sales organization of more than 30 professionals, she has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, and motivating individuals to achieve exceptional results. Her leadership, industry experience, and customer-focused approach play a key role in strengthening client partnerships and expanding the company's presence in both North American and international markets.
