President :

With over 35 years of experience in the tooling industry across North America and Europe, the President has gained extensive hands-on expertise in building new dies and troubleshooting both in the press and on the bench, including progressive, transfer, and tandem dies. His proficiency extends to die design, strip layouts, simulations, Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), feasibility studies, and gripper assemblies. Furthermore, the president possesses comprehensive experience with the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), which is essential for transitioning new tooling into production, including transfer integration. Additionally, he has 11 years of hands-on experience with tool builds in China, covering all aspects from feasibility and strip layout to die run-off, with active involvement at every milestone.

Director of Operations :

With 18 years of experience in the tooling industry and over a decade in full plant operations, this professional brings a wealth of expertise to the table. As a native Mandarin speaker holding TEM 4 and TEM 8 certifications in English, she possesses a strong linguistic background that enhances Ms. Yang’s capabilities in sales and project management. Her expertise spans overseeing projects from the Request for Quotation stage to the shipment of dies, demonstrating familiarity with tooling standards in both North American and European markets. Having worked at three USA and two Chinese tool shops, this offers a comprehensive understanding of both customer and supplier perspectives, which is complemented by Ms. Yang’s high proficiency in managing die design reviews with expert translation. Additionally, she is fully involved in tooling follow-up at every milestone, including tool tryouts and runoffs, ensuring that all aspects of the process are meticulously monitored and executed.

Director of Sales :

With over 15 years of experience in the tooling industry, she is not only a native Mandarin speaker but also holds certifications in English. Demonstrating expertise in ensuring that daily operations run efficiently, she consistently meets sales targets while supporting long-term growth and scalability. Proficiency in developing strategies, tactics, sales plans, and profit targets is evident, alongside a proven ability to oversee and direct a large sales team of over 30 members. Moreover, Cathy is highly experienced in motivating and leading teams effectively, which further highlights her capability in this dynamic field.
